Great Muay Thai and Brazilian Ju Jitsu Gym. The coaches are extremely experienced so you can trust that your being taught optimally. The cardio and conditioning are great for people looking to lose weight or just over all live a healthy and fit life. Strongly Recommend.

I almost never write a review. However, the topic of having your child learn proper self-defense is of such importance to a parent, who will make a large commitment in time and resources in the hope that their child leans valuable skills, that I want to share my opinion of AMA after 1 year. My two young sons are in the children's jiu-jitsu program. The instructors are serious, skilled martial artists and capable teachers. The program, particularly at the Little Champs level, is fun, which got my boys started off enjoying attending class and learning jiu-jitsu. The ciriculum is practical, and serious grappling skills are taught. Every class involves applying what is learned with sparing. There is no time wasted learning katas (or forms) or punching the air, which bored me in martial arts as a kid and undoubtedly would have caused my boys to lose interest also. Also, all of the people I have dealt with are very pleasant. In sum, I think the program is high quality and and my boys and I are very pleased and grateful to have found AMA.

Great place to go train.AMA Fightclub is the best MMA facility in the area. Very clean, big open space. Members were very friendly. Would highly suggest training here.

AMA Fight Club offers outstanding BJJ training for competition, MMA, and fitness. Professor Helwig directs a program which ranges from introductory white belt training that really gives you the chance to get familiar with BJJ in a safe environment that won't overwhelm you, all the way up to some of the toughest open mats on offer in the state.
