        They have AI answering your emails and giving you incorrect information, then when you call, if you get George in the office, prepare to receive some sass and rude attitude. I wouldn't want to live there based on having someone like that in the Management Office and dealing with them when it comes to my apartment. If you have AI answering your emails because you're too lazy to do so, you should be honoring their answers. Yikes!

        Great place to live. Pet friendly, pet owners are responsible with pets and grounds are kept in outstanding shape. Management is very responsive and friendly. Maintenance staff is very responsive and efficient, preventive maintenance is really appreciated. Landscaping, snow removal are conscientiously attended to at all times. My only fear is personal in that as a 6th year resident so far, if the rent does get higher I may have to move.
