He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the CCIM Institute, the highest and most prestigious designation offered in the industry. He is affiliated with the National Association of Realtors and the Utah Association of Realtors.Tom has been active in his community having served with the Provo Rotary Club and has been an investor and member of the Economic Development Corporation of Utah. He has served as a Trustee of Utah Valley University, Chair of the Utah Valley University Foundation, and President of the Utah Valley University Alumni Board. He has served as a Trustee of the Provo Theatre Company.
