        My husband is a firefighter who has retired after 25 years of service and we had our taxes done by Louis massa I am extremely angry about his words regarding my husband he said he had no empathy for a man that made 85,000.00 in his pension after we decuccesed how much we had to pay back I felt the it was so disrespectful that he referred my husband's 25 years of service as not something he had empathy for. If Arthur Gibbons referred you to him dont go he's not a good person
