RGM Distribution

I purchased a Fresca Valencia bathroom vanity from my distributor and within a month the sink was chipped. I have tried contacting RGM to discuss their warranty but they don't answer their phone and they don't respond to email requests through their website. Good luck if you order anything from this company as customer service is none existent. It actually amazing that you even found the company on Google as they do a great job of hiding their office location, phone number or email address. If I were you I would just give up and spend the money to buy from a reputable brand. Fresca is trash.

Absolutely terrible experience!! I had a mirrored medicine cabinet delivered damaged. I emailed, complete with pictures of damage. I received an automatic email response saying I would hear from someone in 24 hours, or to call their 1-800 telephone #. It has been 2 weeks! No one has called. I have sent the damage email a second time, left 3 messages, and still no response! What am I to do with a mirrored medicine cabinet that has 1 mirrored door broken???

One month ago we purchased 2 mirrored medicine cabinets. Received them with 3 badly chipped shelves (1 of them was also to long). They sent us only 2 replacements and one of them was completely shattered
