I was a patient for a few months .. She was over charged me on every single visit and I didn’t know that until i review my dental insurance company statement.. on every single procedures they charged me almost the double amount. I called my insurance first and I asked about patients payment responsibility and it didn’t match with the payment that I did in her office. So when I spoke with the receptionist and the doctor in the dentist office they accepted that they over charged me and they did my refund for almost $600.. Most of my visits was in Linden , then I had a couples of them in Carteret and now She said I am not in her records( she was my doctor just for a few months thanks GOD). I have Delta dental plan and I have the statements from the insurance and credit card as a proof .. the last visit was in Linden. I remember when I told the Doctor that I saw another dentist for a second opinion about a procedure that she was planning to do on me. She get mad and she practically kept my mouth shut and told the nurse...... He has another dentist ... he is leaving and he won’t come back anymore. ... And now she wants to make me look like a liar or like I’m confused Very unprofessional..

Almost a decade as Dr. Haycek's patient, my experience is a very rewarding healthcare relationship. Dr. Hayeck is a caring individual, which is an anomaly in today’s world of the healthcare system. No one likes going to dentist, but I am sure, like me, that all of Dr. Hayeck’s patients are pleased with the level of care they receive. Yesterday during my visit, while giving me novocaine ahead of the work scheduled for this visit, Dr. Hayeck spoke ever so softly and apologized to me a number of times, in an effort to provide words of comfort, in a totally uncomfortable situation. Her compassion by far, is the absolute best, and one of her greatest attributes as a Dentist. The care received by the entire staff at her dental offices is welcoming, professional and pleasant.
