Bad experience in this APT. Lived here for one year. Parking is a significant issue; there's a lack of spaces, and the tandem parking design is inconvenient. Occasionally, there's an unpleasant odor in the air, possibly from nearby industries. The water quality is subpar. The sound insulation for the floor slab is terrible; even normal walking generates a significant amount of noise. The return process for the security deposit is a challenging and frustrating experience. Contacting the management group has been extremely difficult since the move-in. Promises regarding repairs to the wall paint or other issues made before move-in are consistently unfulfilled.

Move to the Lexington if you expect things to run smoothly and never have to speak with management. The minute you have an issue (which is to be expected. No place is perfect) and Maissa is having a bad day, be prepared to expect an attitude. Try to retaliate and I will contact my attorney. I have moved my car to space *as you advised. I will go back to *when the circumstances permit. I understand that you may be frustrated about the parking issues, as I am too. Unfortunately, this is not a tenant issue. We are all trying to figure things out and I have been beyond patient with all the issues that have been brought about. There seems to be one thing after the next with my experience with the new leasing company. I should be considered a consumer and treated as such. Not as if I am being a headache. I am paying to live here and I have an expectation in regards to how I am treated and spoken to. I can't imagine yelling or losing my cool with my patients that I care for. It would not be accepted, and rightfully so because if it were not for them I would not have a job. I expect the same treatment when I am paying to live somewhere. I am not one of your employees. If you ever need a breather before you speak to me, I suggest you take some time so that we can speak in a calm, civilized manner. Your tone and energy seemed to come from frustration with the people you were speaking with before me, and I did not deserve that. That negativity then counteracted my response. As you know, I have been very patient and understanding. I am bringing this up because it is not the first time you have gotten snarky with me. I let it go before and moved on. Lately, When I usually speak to you it is a pleasant, enjoyable conversation. I empathize with all that you have to do, but please make sure you treat me with respect. If you have any questions you can call me. Thank you, Hi Maissa, I just left you a voicemail. Again, your unprofessionalism speaks for itself. I allowed you to speak for two minutes without interrupting you. "Tenants expecting you to always be pleasant is not realistic" In your words. You have a lot of nerve. I no longer wish to communicate with you because it appears that you do not know how to keep your composure. You absolutely can forward my email and all emails to your employer. I will be reaching out to that person as well as pasting my emails to you on the google review for your records. I was very respectful and I allowed you to speak. the minute I open my mouth you over talk me and then hang up the phone. Calling for assistance when I am having an issue: when my car has been damaged by the construction going on outside the building, mold so you say "hard water" in the bathroom (The health department will confirm this), ceiling fans/lights operating on their own. All while paying $24000 rent? Soon to be 2500 ($100 for a parking space) Again, if this job is too stressful for you, perhaps you need to reconsider your role. Don't take your frustrations out on me. Gevi is too good to work under RVN management's advisory. He is a pleasant hardworking super. RVN not so much!

I have been a tenant for almost 18 months and Gevi is the best superintendent that I have seen in years renting , he is trustworthy , responsible , on top of the work orders ,if something is wrong I open a work order and hell get it done in no time , he is friendly and respectful, he is definitely top of notch super! The only thing I dislike is that every time it rains my windows flood with water and this has been ongoing for the last 18 months, I have informed management several times and nothing gets done, my paint is lifting and I have a toddler , THIS IS NOT SAFE !!! I am giving 5 stars to the superintendent but not managements , managements has a 0 , Kelly responds whenever she wants , and when she does nothing gets done anyway! So whats the whole point. I think that if you want a building to work there has to be communication it is the key to success not only one person has to care , EVERYBODY HAS TO CARE!
