The Center is always clean and fresh. Very nice staff. Everyone you encounter, no matter what their role is there, are always welcoming and stop and say hello and take the time to say a few words to you. Theyve always been very nice, understanding, and respectful to my sister as well, who is a resident there.

Visited Southgate today to see a friend and help him with his mobility scooter. The friendliness of the staff and support from maintenance was tremendous. Thank you!

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and managed well. The staff also are helpful and professional and caring of the residents. Also, today we had a beautiful celebration with Catholic Services for the Spiritual welfare of all the residents and staff members and their loved ones. It is a blessing for me and the church and the world when God is kept in the picture.

This is the WORST healthcare facility possible. The staff literally does not care about their patients or residents. I have a family member there unfortunately out of absolute necessity. I have been trying to contact management for weeks. No one responds to messages. When I finally get a receptionist she tells me they are getting too many calls that day and to try back and just hangs up. Thats the type of staff there. Upon multiple family visits I have found unacceptable treatment of my family member. Last time I visited she was covered in blood and the staff had no idea, and they had not notified the head nurse about the situation. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone or their family members seeking healthcare. DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY HERE.
