        Cancelled my 2 nights reservation less than 24 hours before the cutoff. 1st call the person told me my refund is being process. After a few days i did a follow up, the person i talked too said i cancelled exactly 24 hours after i did my reservation and was informed i wont be getting any refund. I disputed the charges with my bank. Afte a week, i got an email informing me i did a reservation the previous day which i did not do, fortunately they dont have my credit card information on file and that reservation got cancelled,
