Excellent location, great value. I need a place to sleep 10, that is affordable, this is it. Close to everything. This is not your victorian dollhouse,but has everything you need for a successful time at the beach. Love the covered back porch !!! Year two for me coming up !!

Discrimination by Paul from Airbnb was evident. There were numerous safety hazards throughout place (Airbnb isn't required to check for these things like hotels sadly). This is excluding mess upon arrival. Perhaps it was just unfortunate incidents but any future renter be please be careful out there.

Reserved second floor apartment for one week. Looks like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The front door does not lock properly. There is an open staircase in the apartment hallway that leads down to the first floor apartment. It is a major hazard so we moved a dresser to block it so our children do not fall down the stairs. There was fecal matter on the toilet seat when we arrived, clearly not cleaned. There was food remanents in the fridge. There was old water sitting in the dish rack. There are no safety outlet covers on outlets within childrens reach. The window treatments have long chords that could be a major safety risk to children. I had to go to each room and secure them. One plus is we had easy access to the beach. I disinfected all the counters, and wiped the floors. Lets just say its a BIG job and totally inappropriate that guests checking in should have to clean after prior guests!!! I said something to the woman at checkin and she was unapologetic and had nothing to stay. Her attitude was curt and dismissive.
