        Beautiful old house. The beach is perhaps three blocks away and the rental comes with ten beach tags for you and yours (you have to pay to get on the beach otherwise). There's a cleaning fee hidden in your deposit that you don't get told about but CAN opt out of if you clean up after yourselves (supplies and equipment are provided). Snag a free parking spot in the street whenever you can to save your three allotted spots (two in driveway, one blocking driveway) for personal use. Only gripe is that The electrical service line to the house is wayyy undersized for the quantity of air conditioners and electric appliances though-it's also pretty dangerous, the owners should think about updating it via the power company.
