        South jersey has the worst customer Service experience in the world. I call to spake to some one about a problem that I have with the regulator on my propane tank and the Lady that Answer the phone was unprofessional and rude, and gave me an attitude because I was letting her know what was wrong with my regulator. I think you guys should be better with customers Service. There is no way that youre having a bad day. You take it out on the customers. Her excuse was that she was the only one working today. I asked to speak to a manager and she And she hung up the phone on me when I called back to ask for Manager again she replied to me that she was the manager.

        Fast and courteous service but bill paying seems to only be cash or check there doesn't seem to be any online bill paying for service.

      I am a little confused we are the only fuel company out there that actually helps our customers to seek help if needed. We also help them with the process you can call and talk to me if there is a problem. I am the General Manager Eric. We deal with the Puerto Rican Action Committee all the time to help all the residents of Cape May County. I know there are other programs in Atlantic and Cumblerland counties also. I would be glad to assist you.

      I apologize if this was done in error Call the office Monday and I can look into it and correct it. If you are a COD customer the card on file is charged.
