        We originally rented from John almost five years ago. Paid our deposit, and it was amazing place. This new company Iron Door, STAY AWAY..FAR AWAY. VERY SHADY AND DISHONEST! RAISED THE RATED TWICE IN SIX MONTHS! The man Brian B on the phone after calling many times as it's impossible to get a human is extremely rude and hangs up on you. Iron Door called me to tell me they had a water leak involving my unit. Guess what kind of water it was....SEWER! I live in Florida and had to get someone to clean it out, stuff was destroyed by it. They don't want to do anything about it. Oh, and they say I need to contact John for my deposit. They need to be out of business. I only gave them one star because I couldn't leave a review with out one. Stay away.

        Please be careful when considering their services. I tried to make an account online but the website was broken, leaving the only option as signing in by connecting my google account. Upon trying to connect my google account, Google informed me that the actual website is compromised. Be careful with your financial information. Also, be prepared for a $30 start up fee and $12/mo insurance fee on top of the exorbitant rates. I instead went with one of the many other local storage units that offer first month free.
