        Tom is detailed, educated, kind and accommodating. He has prepared our personal and business taxes for years; and I know he has our best interest at heart.

        We used his services for our HOA for years but every year we were charged $175 for a simple HOA form and every year he filed an extension and submitted at the last minutes. When I became Treasurer of the HOA I found another accountant who did the form right away and charged half the price but we accidentally cut a check to Manieri even though he didn't do any work for us this year. We called to let him know about the error, left a message and he did not respond. Then he cashed the check. We left several more messages and sent emails and he just ignored us. Great way to treat a customer.
