I was visiting a sick friend today at Lourdes . The employees here are great . They led me to the elevator and then on the 3rd floor to the room. Everyone was courteous and pleasant . The nurses are keeping their patients comfortable and their families are treated with respect. We had a few too many in the room and they didn't escort us out . We weren't being noisy and given the patients condition I see they gave us a break All in all I give this place 10 out of 10 today. Thank you

I was deeply troubled by Nurse Briana's lack of responsiveness during my sister's recent hospitalization at Virtua Hospital. Despite my sister's persistent calls for assistance due to excruciating pain in her right arm, Nurse Briana failed to attend to her needs throughout the entire night. It's concerning to think that a nurse would disregard urgent calls for help without even understanding the reason behind them. These calls could have been indicative of a serious medical issue, and the lack of response put my sister's health and well-being at risk. Such negligence is unacceptable and warrants immediate attention from the hospital administration to prevent similar incidents in the future. In essence, I do feel like its mainly the nurses who work on the weekends that are terrible. I hope this never happens to anyone.
