        They came out the first day and fixed the drain in the tub then the next day fixed the sink. Al was very good . Will use Again when needed Service: Plumbing pipe repair

        Service for cleanup was completed however floors, doors, and walls were all removed including bathroom sink and nothing was put back together I informed the technician Brian several times that if the plumbing issue is not going to be done then I do not want the cleaning done because I was away at work they proceeded to clean up anyway leaving my house a mess and stated I will have to hire a contractor because they do not do that part now if would have been told to me up front I would have never would have even let them come out because that was not my main issue then they didnt even put the doors back on or the bathroom sink only the toilet and left their equipment at my house for over three days poor service would not recommend them or ever use them again Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

        Worst Nightmare ever.. paid 10k for water restoration, which was them just ripping my basement floors and cutting partial of sheet rock, and dehumidifying) High way robbery. I also paid 7k for excavation so my sewer line pipe gets replaced. How does this water restoration service cost more than a sewer line replacement? The height of the sheetrock they ripped out in my basement was shorter than my ankle Even when I mentioned the high a** price, they said dont worry about it, insurance will cover that. My naive a** thought ok cool. Currently battling with my insurance after being told by a Roto Rooter agent that my insurance will cover it. Never should have agreed to have them do this, Im a first time homeowner and panicked under pressure and paid for work that couldve been done for 25% of what they charged me. Now Im arguing with insurance trying to get them to pay Roto Rooter so I dont get sued. Save yourself the trouble and explore all options before panicking
