Horrible.thats really all I can say from the way the high risk doctor treats you to the wait timesI made an appointment for 9am I was called to the back within a few minutes to get weighed and then sat in a room for 2 in half hours..Im not exaggerating, the whole time you see nurses on there cell phones and you can hear all there conversations about patients and let me tell you they are not niceespecially the doctor I dont know her name but she is short blonde older and you can hear her saying she wont see patients just because they are questioning her and she doesn't have time for that. You would think especially in a high risk clinic with women who are probably even more on edge, she would be more understanding but thats absolutely not the case here. I ended up leaving because still not being seen by 1130 was ridiculousall I can say is dont come here they are the absolute worst place Ive been too and the fact you can hear them talking badly about patients, more then 2 hours to be seen (I wasn't even seen within 2 1/2 hours), the reception is okay except for the one lady who does check out (long blonde hair) literally has no clue whats shes doing.

I've been a patient here for years and every time I come, there's an issue. They don't answer the phone and when they do they either disconnect the call or are rude to you. I've sat in the waiting area for over an hour because they never checked me in and my provider left. I've had problems with medication being filled and was told to wait weeks for urgent appointments due to their error. It is extremely disappointing because this is the closest location to me but ill be seeking care elsewhere in the future. Avoid this office if you can.
