One of the worst dental experiences Ive had. Dr. Scrivo did not communicate to me that the outcome of his intervention would be a significant loss of soft tissue in a very visible location. I was horrified by the result. It is unconscionable for a doctor to perform a procedure without talking to the patient about the possible outcomes, and the pros and cons of other potential courses of action. He is not a true professional. Alsojust to add insult to injury, I paid for the procedure out of pocket and when my insurance company somehow reimbursed Dr. Scrivo instead of me, the office neglected to tell me they had been paid twice. I had to reach out and ask for the money when I realized what had happened. Unprofessional on all counts.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - First off I'd like to thank Dr Scrivo for making all my dental visits stress free. His work is amazing and my smile is back! And a special thank you to his staff at the front desk. They are professional and take the time to explain everything to you. Everyone in that office is a 100% professional!

I absolutely love my visits at Dr. Scrivos office! From the second you walk in the receptionists are attentive and informative. His staff is thorough, patient and kind. Dr. Scrivo addresses my issues with care and always makes me feel extremely comfortable!

I travel 45 mins to come see Dr. Scrivo and its completely worth it. Him and his staff are extremely professional. The front desk is easy to work with. They got me in right away and clarified all my insurance concerns. I definitely recommend this office!
