I really appreciate how my brother being taken care of. I would love him to be permanent resident here. The staff is very understanding and answers any questions we have that makes us to be a little at ease.

The facility was clean and beautiful, however the one thing I noticed and I believe should be addressed is time management as this is a place for patients to be comfortable and token care of while they are recovering management with the nurses and aides my mother pressed the call button and it took just about 30 mins just for a aide to come in and ask what she needed then another 20 mins for the nurse to come in with her pain meds. However I do understand that she is not their only patient as I myself work in a hospital facility and at times your very busy and overwhelmed but 50mins for the issue to be resolved is a little crazy a patient should never have to wait that long for help with their needs other then that the facility was beautiful and the staff that I did come into contact with was friendly.
