where do I start with this pharmacy manager! His name is Mike. Not only did he not help me with filling my prescription and answer any concerns regarding it. he speaks down to people not two people. Hes that guy that thinks hes a smartest one in the room But in all reality he talks in circles and goes off the basis of perception. So for this pharmacy manager to tell me I am not allowed to pay for my prescription because I have insurance and even though my insurance will not cover it. I was still not allowed to pay out of pocket. which makes no sense because i just paid cash at cvs last month. He proceeded to tell me that CVS must interpret differently than Walgreens. Like is this really happening. The whole time he talking down to me. This establishment should be embarrassed and ashamed to have such a condescending man working for them. He rude ,short and not helpful at all. That man needs a reality check as some serious training in customer service and professional etiquette

I am really sick I have trigeminal neuralgia and they said they couldnt find a script even though it was sent over there last night. The nerve of some people how can you lose a script from yesterday

The cashier with dyed red curly hair asked me if I was a part of the rewards program, when I told her I was not and hit the cancel prompt on the card reader (so I could move pass the rewards screen and get to the pay prompt) the cashier hits the back button on her register screen and then proceeds to put in her own PERSONAL phone number so she could "check to see if there were any discounts" on my items. Why would the cash register not show all discounts/promotions that could be applied to the items or not?? She's clearly taking the reward points from customers who are not a part of the rewards system and giving them to herself which is FRAUD and THEFT. I just thought I'd leave a review since I had time today.
