Unlike other companies out there, Brian and George are very hands on and up to date in their business. As well as all relevant, (and some non) technologies involved Most owners not only have no clue about the field, but also do not listen or do not care about the client base. Well these guys actually DO have a CLUE, and they CARE what the client thinks, oh and LISTEN. Rare, right? Especially in this field! Ok here is my for instance (gulp.... pride) A while ago, I saw them setting up and deploying multiple workstations. As well as a few thin clients, and running some cables etc. What I did not realize at the time was, these guys knew everyone's station they had setup, by name! (which can VERY be confusing when its put that way in a remote system) They also took the time to help out any person with any special need or request for the system in question. Yeah, they knew who paid them, but to know the guy, who got that guys coffee? Most EMPLOYEES of I.T. companies will not even bother with getting to know someone unfortunately. These guys are the owners. (Seeing it first hand in hindsight is actually rare in the I.T. field. Albeit a while ago.) I Have, and will give anyone who needs any of the services the provide their phone number.
