        I usually like this store but today I went to buy an evening dress for a special occasion. After I picked the dress and went to pay, I asked the lady on the cashier if theres any promotion, she said yes let me check, then she entered my item (priced $398) and said yes you get a gift voucher of $50, I said great! When I reached home I went to Bloomingdales app to look up something just to realize that if I paid $400 I would have gotten a $100 voucher instead of $50!!!!! I really think this cashier person should have mentioned the exact promotion happening especially I asked and moreover just getting anything small additional item would have gotten me $100. Very disappointed to have such poor customer experience at such an elite store that I used to believe is one of my faves!
