Timing belt broke, so I called 911. Within 5 minutes a cruiser was on the scene... the friendly officer called us in and within 30 minutes LEX of Mike's Towing, out of Bridgewater, was on scene, and a few minutes later we were on our way home. I can not say enough about the kindness, helpfulness, and professionalism of Lex. You got an Ace there, Mike. Treat him well, because he makes you look great. Shoutout to the wonderful lady who stopped to ask if she could help in any way, even offering delicious drinks. Thank you very much for your kindness. We hope you had a wonderful day. New Jerseyans are the best!

I recently had some brake work done on my car. I needed a new drum driver rear for my Sentra. Sal and the team at Mike's were excellent. Had the car back in a few hours. I will definitely be bringing my car back there again!

car was stuck in gear with no keys apparently! THEY LOST MY KEYS! AMATURE WITH NO CLUE HOW TO TOW PUT J hooks on my control arms while in gear on a front front wheel drive car (93 honda civic) instead of using wheel lift and i inform the man at the front desk with the glasses and crator face and he proceeds to tell me basically "so what" the other guy comes out and we go in the back and look at the car and the tow guys and him are super awesome and even said it themselves that guy was a complete amature but than the lady with the glasses,bob cut and bones for a body comes out and has an issue and threaten to call the police because i was filling up my tire with air. very nasty people but i owe it too incompetence and not knowing the job and probably no affection at home. either way. if i could post the videos i would. plus they charged me 350 to drag my car on the bed and bring it to their yard from 287. which is disguisting. (license was expired btw) my mistake I NEVER LEFT IN A POLICE CAR MY WIFE PICKED ME UP ON 287! I HAVE A CLASS A CDL AND MY LICENSE WAS EXPIRED! I HAVE A LICENSE! THE OWNER IS MAD! HE KNOWS IM CORRECT WHICH IS WHY HE HAD NOTHING BETTER TO SAY IN HIS COMMENT BELOW! I WIN! YOU LOSE! I NEVER SAID ANYTHINF ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS OR HOW LONG YOU BEEN IN SERVICE! I SAID YOUR TOW GUY SUCKS AND I HAVE VIDEOS OF HIM NOT KNOWING WHAT HE WAS DOING! INSTEAD OF SAYING YOU WILL TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEE YOU TRY TO BASH ME TO NO AVAIL! I WAS PICKED UP ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD NEVER ONCE TOUCHED A COP CAR FOOL,BUT IT IS SAFE TO SAY THESE GUYS JUDGE PEOPLE FOR AN EXPIRED LICENSE WHATS THIS GAME CALLLED? I WIN! YES! YOUR EMPLOYEE LOOKS HILARIOUS! TELL HIM AND BAG-A-BONES I SAID HELLO
