Very friendly staff and customer service. I purchased a pair of pants within the last year that got damaged. The staff working here was able to replace it with a brand new one on the spot, free of charge.

The staff here is super helpful - the whole time we were here they were going back and forth helping people find what they were looking for. The store is surprisingly well-stocked. The thing is, lululemon is known for their golden goose - their leggings. If you go to any lulu, you can just about guarantee the leggings section will be full of people not sure what to get (which is natural and makes plenty of sense, I mean this is why people go to stores in person especially for clothes). The actual store (like many in retail) doesnt seem to know how to lay out their inventory in a way where people have the space to do what they came to. All the five star reviews here are very valid, though. We went to a pop-up store and had a MUCH worse experience, too many people, not enough space in the aisles, just about no inventory. Youre way less likely to experience that here.
