I was extremely pleased to meet Dr. George Gorgy. He was not only informative and concise in his treatment, but also extremely attentive in his aftercare. Then, when a back injury, resurfaced, he quickly responded to my text messages and assisted me with advice and medication immediately! I have never had such a doctor be so attentive having only met me one time! All doctors should have his bedside manners! Dr. Gorgy is the best! Im typically skeptical about Orthopaedics because sometimes in the past Ive felt rushed and they would just assume whats wrong with me thinking its routine injury but Dr. Gorgy wasnt like that at all. He showed concern and was sympathetic towards my pain. He ordered the MRI and even after diagnosing me and finding out what was wrong, even after all that, he still on separate occasions would contact me to check up on me to make sure I was healing properly and had no issues. He really made me feel like he cared and that I was safe and in great hands with him!

I fractured my hip while visiting in New Jersey from Vermont. Dr George Gorgy performed partial hip replacement, which was tricky because I had a lumbar laminectomy 10 months prior. The surgery has had an excellent outcome. Not only that, he truly cares about his patients. He visited every day I was hospitalized and called every day that I was recovering at relatives in the area. Even now 7 weeks later now that I am home in Vermont he continues to care and we stay in touch about my condition. I would recommend Dr Gorgy 100%

In the past I've seen multiple doctors on my lower back issue and everytime they spend a grand total of 2 minutes on the examination in some clinic that was supposedly able to help...but some doctors are about quantity rather than quality. However, I was finally able to address my lower back issue after seeing Dr. Gorgy. It was a lengthy evaluation with a line of questioning that lead to the correct assessment. If you're looking for a competent Specialist, I highly recommend Dr.George Gorgy.
