Today (1/30/2024 ) is my 20th anniversary of my double knee replacement surgery done by Dr. Hiramoto. I thank him everyday ! Other than the scars , one crooked which he apologized for, my life has been pain free. I even ran / walked in a 5K event just before Christmas. I also golf and walk 3-4, miles a day.So Dr. Hiramoto thanks again for a pain free 20 years and still going strong. Oh did I mention Im 75 yrs. Old?

I was in the office 10/17/2022, The outcome was that I would receive gel shots and they would contact my insurance for authorization. 2 weeks went by. I called the providers office. They told me they faxed the request and it could take 8 weeks. My insurance does not require prior authorization. I called my pharmacy plan who confirmed for me if they received the fax. They informed me they do not accept faxes and no calls were made to authorize anything. I called the provider yesterday. Spoke to Ellen who I gave her the name and number for my pharmacy to get authorization. She thanked me and told me she would have it done that day. I just called today. Ellen never called and the authorization is still pending. My husband had surgery done by this dr back in 2016 and I thought he was great! Its unfortunate when great dr.s rely on staff to do work and they perform so poorly and lie to patients who are comping there for care. Because my knees are in so much pain, I am forced to look for a new provider. Dr. Hi Ramiro I suggest you get to the bottom of this. Your staff is costing you money.
