Complete Care at Green Knoll

My mom was in this facility. Extremely hard to describe the unpleasant atmosphere from the administration and personnel at the front office. Most worker are migrants and could not care less. The lack of information given to families is horrible. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

They keep giving my wife chicken all the time for lunch and dinner they should give her a menu of what they are serving for the day three stars until this improves the food is still terrible why should I give a 5 star rating

The experience my family had with this facility in a eight month span was lest than satisfying. We found ourselves during the initial enrollment process doing all the financial and clerical work process that only those who do this daily would understand as a career. As the family shared documents, reports with additional party's who were responsible for the completed process, indicated that much of what we were doing and requesting should have been performed or completed by the faculty party members that was inquiring about most of the documents. Next there is a massive communication problem between staffing keeping the family in the loop on the client. Often phone calls and messages were not returned. Next, when there are scheduled family calls the team that meets with you moves the conversation along quickly while indicating they have other meetings to attend when you ask for clarification or additional understanding on the patents change and limited progress. Please pay attention to the sanitary process or there lack of wile your love one reside in the faculty In closing we found ourselves feeling like employees rather than consumers of a service program. There was no guidance through the process. I do not recommend this faculty even if convicted felons were charged and in need of long term care!
