NEEDS bigger buses, and add more buses during the day

I have been living in Somerset for about 6 years now. When I first started taking this bus service back in 2012 it was because our family car broke down and had to use it to get to college at RVCC. The bus I used was the CAT-R1. The main driver they use for this particular bus his name is Joe. I honestly dont know why they keep this guy around or if hes under a union but he is rude and does not have customer service skills whatsoever. He purposely drives by riders, he is always late not a few minutes late it can go from 30 minutes to an hour. He yells and curses out at people if they are talking from children to elderly people. He likes to threaten to kick people off the bus for being dark skinned. He does a very good job at covering this up when he has a fellow worker watching him or count the number of riders that board the bus. The main issues being he drives by people when they are at the designated stops. If you call the company to tell them that hes messing up they defend him and hang up on you. They will make comments from "Well were you really at the stop? Maybe you should have been on time. Well he cant turn back to get you, you have to wait for the next stop". Its always a woman that answers the phone. There have been times where they have customer complaint cards, people will write down these issues but nothing was fixed. I currently stopped using it in 2015 but the family car broke down again in 2016 and my husband was waiting at the Bound Brook stop in front of the train station and of course Joe drives by him again. Have not using the bus for a year and hes still at the same old games. Please do something about this, people have made petitions to fix this issue and nothing has been fixed.
