Barely waited 2 minutes before seeing the Dermatologist (Not the assistant). Lots of parking always. Keep coming back to this doctor for over the past decade. Nice-looking new office, but I prefer warm-ambiance over a modern bright room.

Dr Rina is very good. She listened my problems very attentively. The facility is very clean & good. The front lady is very cooperative. I recommend to visit this doctor & the facility.

Consider hiring more personable people for the front desk. The receptionist's attitude had me very seriously consider leaving without having seen the doctor. Also, if you are going to charge a 3.99% service fee for credit/debit transactions, please make sure you communicate that when someone calls to make an appointment. Learning about it inside the exam room while waiting on the Dr is not acceptable. I do not carry a check book nor do I have more than $10-20 on me usually. Was very fortunate to have enough cash on me to cover it due to needing the cash later that day for something else. All in all, do not recommend and will not return for future issues

Our son and I had a wonderful experience! The front desk is happy, welcoming and friendly. The doctors are always happy to help with any questions.
