    I have to say Im extremely disappointed in this store. We came from T-Mobile because they shut off a sprint tower in my town and came through the store and bought an iPhone 15 Plus and was promised $1000 credit if I surrendered an older iPhone which I surrendered an iPhone 5s. I was also given three months of services, like Disney Netflix, Hulu. My wife and I agreed to this then we started getting our bill. Apparently, Bill an extra $50 a month for Apple Music family plan which I never requested and Next to $30 for all those TV services that was supposed to be free. This was in January and I was just on the phone today March 19 , because every month my bill is astronomically expensive. Verizon corporate has no record of me getting $1000 credit anywhere and they cannot apply it so I am now stuck with an iPhone 15 Plus At full price and still fighting to get credits for all those services. My advice to anyone is if you want Verizon services go to a corporate store. This store wants to make a sale to customers and promise everything to guarantee that sale. unfortunately Verizon corporate doesnt seem to care that these stores are damaging their reputation.

    I went to upgrade 4 lines on my plan and the sales person, Kevin was very distracted with his own personal phone. I said I could come back when he had time but he said he said he would help then continued to use his personal phone. I asked a question about earphones and didnt give me any feedback. I spent over $400 and didnt even thank me of being a loyal client of over 15 years. I will be escaping this to HQ.
