        Vanessa was extremely rude on the phone when I called for a copy of my taxes from last year. I have utilized this business for 5 plus years. She told me she couldnt give me the information I needed due to hippa laws(?)... I had to go in person, so I did go in person. No ID was asked for but again Vanessa was extremely rude in person but was sure to ask for $10 for my copy of the tax return. She also tried to lecture me on what other businesses cost and how great this company is. Dont waste your time They are rude and ignorant and really dont care about repeat and referral customers. Mickey Mouse business just trying to rob people.
