As the Service Manger a local family run plumbing company I truly appreciate new local businesses that provide a service at a fair price. Called our chain rental company for a mid size excavator and was told that they had none available. Call South Jersey Equipment Rentals and not only did they have 2 versions of what I needed they also had multiple bucket options. The price was perfect the equipment was near brand new or very well kept. My techs informed me the staff / owner was very professional and polite. My tech forgot to top off the tank and I received a text letting me know there would be a charge for diesel, this is understandable however much to my surprise when I check the invoice I was charged 2 gallons at pump price no more. I was expecting a charge of $20 or more for the 2 gallons. To find a responsible local company with fair price and willingness the take true care of their customers is refreshing. My company and I personally will be using them again and calling them before the chain rental company.
