I have always had a great experience with the gentlemen that work here!! I have had to tow a car more than once that has many issues and they were always helpful, speedy, and worked around my needs and schedule. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services!!! The tow truck operator even took the time to talk to me about my car situation and offer advice which was greatly appreciated!!! 10/10 always recommend!!

Staff was very nice on the phone. Was able to get to me within a half hour and made it super easy. Just got my keys and said they'd take care of it from there. Offered a cheaper Towing price if I had it towed to the shop they own which was convenient. I ended up needing a new battery and was also having issues with my tie rod. They got it fixed within 2 days and offered a reasonable price if paid in cash which saved me a decent amount of money. I would definitely call them again if I ever need a tow.

AAA should fire legacy towing. My brother has been sitting on the side of the road now for 6 hours waiting for them, they kept changing the time they said they were coming. They finally got there and got his truck loaded then took him to a nearby parking lot and dropped his truck there saying they got a call from the police and they had to go to that one. His house is only 30 minutes away. Now he is still waiting for another tow truck to come get him at 2:15 am. This is the worst service I have ever seen !!!!

Need a tow through AAA. Legacy Towing was dispatched. Arrived sooner than the time frame quoted. Driver, Lou, was extremely nice and professional. He went above and beyond at my time of vehicle issue. I highly recommend them.

Just had my Honda Accord picked up at my house (5/10/18 - around 11am). Unfortunately, I didn't get the driver's name - he was driving truck #119. In this day and age when no one can seem to have a nice thing to say about anything - this young man was a breath of fresh air. He met us with a smile, he was friendly and professional. You are very lucky to have him representing your company. Thank you Legacy for the prompt and cordial service we received.
