        I went there twice with completely two opposite experiences as it all depends on the accountant you get to work with so be careful. The first time was amazing and I would give 5 star to the great tax analyst that helped me Ramnarine Ragbir. He was extremely nice, friendly and helpful with giving advices and explaining how taxes are done. He was basically going above and beyond. I would give him 10 stars if possible. Unfortunately, I went the second time for my parents' taxes but Ragbir was not available so we got to work with Ed Burke who was rude and made me hate the place. He was nice at the start but I believe he had a problem that I was translating to my parents and using another language so he suddenly became so rude and disrespectful claiming the reason is that I asked for discount (which is known as first timer discount in HR Block). He even said I don't want to do your taxes so his collegue had to get in the middle and help us out. Thanks to his collegue who handled the situation otherwise I would have wasted an hour for nothing. I would never put myself in place that disrespect people like that.
