Up Stairs Rails

I would give Up Stairs Rails/Wendell a 10 if I could. I called on a Friday and the job was started and completed on Tuesday. Excellent response time and communication. Wendell was professional and provided us thorough explanations of our options. We are very pleased with our stair railing replacement. I highly recommend Up Stairs Rails, especially Wendell.

Wendell did such a BEAUTIFUL job on my new railings and fixing and restructuring my bottom stair that was detached from the staircase. He worked so hard, was fast and efficient, and put so much love and care in to his work. I highly recommend!!!!!! Thank you so much.

Wendell did such a wonderful job fixing our upstairs banister and railing that was unsafe for our daughter. The finished project is beautiful and he completed it very quickly for the quality of the work. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about Wendel and the work he did on my home. He was beyond patient with my husband and I and explained everything about the estimate when he came to our home. He was able to do the work three days later. He said the work would take two days and he finished it in one day. Our stairs are so beautiful and more importantly, safe for our child to walk up and down. Our railings are so sturdy now and the stairs truly look beautiful. Wendel is beyond professional and goes above and beyond for his customers. He came exactly when he said he would, and was polite and courteous. Additionally, he cleaned up the entire workspace. I did not find one nail or piece of wood on my property or in my house. I would highly recommend Wendel to anyone needing their stairs or railings, redone or installed.
