I was contacted within an hour after leaving a message on their website form. I was guided through the information needed to schedule an appointment. The day of the appointment, I was called by the plumber Mike to say he would be here in 30 mins. He arrived right on time, was extremely polite, and hooked up my new faucet and drain to the new sink. Everything was quick, clean, left in excellent condition. I would use Garon T for any of my future plumbing needs! Service: Tap installation

My parents' house is quite old and requires a range of services and the Garon T has been absolutely upstanding to work with. No one is pushy, overly salesy, or trying to cut corners, they're a dream. Mike was so professional, kind, and courteous, as we catalogued a few big projects within the house and outside. He showed zero fear going into the crawlspace to see what's what, which takes a brave soul. I look forward to working with Mike and the rest of the Garon T team as we update this old house into a 21st century home.
