We had an issue with ground nesting bees in our backyard. I called the business on a Saturday and spoke with Tina, who reassured me they would take care of it and that Gary would come that same day- which was great. I showed him the holes, one of which he said was for "ground nesting" bees and the other for "cicada killer wasps". He used several different techniques to exterminate them (one including a long tool that goes into the hole directly), and gave a verbal 6 month guarantee. Before he left we walked over to the holes and for the first time in months there were zero bees flying around the area. It's been less than a week but still nothing! So happy! I cannot say enough amazing things about Gary and his company. I sold my house in Point Pleasant and needed a full attic remediation. Thanks squirrels! Gary was nothing but kind, responsive & extremely hard working! He showed up to our house early and stayed late. He worked in crazy hot temperatures and got the job done! He provided me with before and after pictures of his work as I am out of state and I couldn’t be happier! His prices are wonderful too!
