The young ladies behind the counter never acknowledge us, and a door dash man waiting had asked them something, and the worker said "we are busy," with a harsh tone. (12pm) ( Nobody was there only me and my daughter ) He said you could have just said" be with you" not ignore him and pointed out we were also waiting (near bagels). She walked away and ignored us again. So I said, where do we order, and she again said we were busy how can I help. Then she started in on the gentleman again because he had a problem putting a number in for doordash, and he said it wasn't about her. She told him off. Very disappointed in the service. I understand being busy but you have to have better service in being friendly. All she had to do is acknowledge the customers that walk in. Neither workers looked up from the orders they were working on to help. The $4 bagel isn't worth that kind of service.

Top tier Taylor ham egg and cheese bagel. Delicious and not skimpy at all. Plenty of meat and cheese.

I go here every Wednesday and order the same thing, and I really enjoy what I order. That is not in dispute at all. That said, there are elements of my order that are sometimes wrong. I don't make a big deal and enjoy it anyway. What I don't enjoy is the unpleasant man that sometimes (recently, every time) that takes the order. When you have a service business, at the very least the employee at your counter needs to be pleasant. It literally makes me reconsider going here to avoid that interaction.

This is a great find. The food is good the staff is nice..the prices are reasonable.
