I had a problem will my unemployment benefits. My husband searched for an attorney on the web to help us. He certainly picked the right now. I was just too nervous to talk and represent myself in the appeal process. After Ms Karlson received from me the correct documents to send to the examiner as evidence,a phone conference was set up between myself, Ms Karlson and the examiner. Within 2 days after the call I received a letter from the examiner that I had won the appeal. Carolyne was precise with her instructions to me on how to handle the call. Carolyne Kalson is excellent! When I received a letter from unemployment that they stopped my benefits and wanted me to pay back what I received I was terribly scared and felt lost. When I reached out to Carolyne she responded very quickly and always have proper instructions on what was needed and how to move forward. She gave me great confidence that I wasn't fighting this alone. She always answers emails quickly and is great at communicating through this process. For the phone hearing she helped me to prepare and told me what to expect making it a much more feasible process than if I were alone.
