DEC recently replaced our roof and the quality of the workmanship was incredible. They came right on time, the cost was more than fair and the owner is awesome! He was very personable and professional and responds very quickly to any questions. We will definitely use them again for our next project. Please don't hesitate to call them. Roof looks great, it was done in three days! I like that it wasnt rushed, the job was done right. Ive heard of one local company my brother used the guys had it done in 5 hours BUT recently found out his roof was leaking!!! after just one year!! After hearing that I was hesitant hiring anyone to do my roof. But DEC answered all my questions and eased my mind. As far as the roof, I had extra add-ons such as roof extension and soffit. I feel at peace knowing my roof is well done! I wont need to worry anymore about moisture being trapped in the attic because there was ZERo ventilation. I love the look of it as well. GAF makes good shingles from what I read. Also, the team was so nice, everyone seemed so friendly! Good people! I recommend!

Overall very happy with the work DEC performed on my house and would recommend to anyone needing outdoor construction/renovation work! I had DEC construction give me a quote for a new roof and a front door installation. They were competitively priced and we ultimately went with them because they were the only roofing contractor I found that was willing to take on the front door project as well. David is very professional and easy to work with. There were minor hiccups during the door installation (to no fault of DEC) and David was up front and honest about how it would impact cost and schedule. After I decided to go with DEC, I asked to see if they could install a railing on my front steps and new gutter guards which they quickly provided a quote for. The quotes were reasonable and I had them install the new railing and gutter guards which went smoothly.
