So glad I found Colin. My Honda Pilots transmission was slipping and shuddering (a known issue with the 2016-2017 model years) and I brought it to Thielmans. Colin triple flushed the transmission fluid and had me back up and running in the same day. Very pleased with the quality of service and the price!

Collin has worked on many of my cars and has helped my sons out more than a few time. Very reliable does great work and you can't beat his prices. I will be using him whenever I need to. John

I sent my 2016 Nissan Rogue to shop and got it repaired (by the words of the mechanic) on March 12nd. The problem reported was the issue of the purge valve, which they did change for me. After I picked up the car, the engine light was on again when I was driving from NJ back to CT. I then texted the mechanic but did not receive any response. It was completely understandable if they were busy at the moment. However, I still did not get their responses after a few days, when I decided to send the car to a Nissan Dealership, who, reported the same issue of purge valve. This time, the Nissan Dealer got it right for me and informed me the purge valve Thielmans changed for me was a faulty one. Therefore, I texted and called them again to ask for communication. No one reached me back. While it is understandable that the repair they did is faulty, it is unacceptable they ignored their mistake and avoided my complains. I spent around 380 dollars not to get nothing; I asked either the repairing of my vehicle, or, at the least, since the first was not even accomplished, I asked they dealt the after-sale with attention and good will. Unfortunately, they did not show both. Given all the five stars comments on Google or Yelp, I chose to trust Thielmans. However, they made me deeply disappointed about their service. I have no idea why they treated me like this, but anyway, I am going to file a complaint to NJ government, and find my justice back.
