        I try to not come here. There are thre women at the front. The youngest one is very rude. The branch manager is on the desk and whether there is a line of 12 waiting, he doesnt seem to care. They take lunch at the busiest time, there is only one assistant to help. And he is young and inexperience. It just doesnt work efficiently.

        I just had a wire transfer sent through Chase from Ireland. The exchange rate they use is ridiculous and they charged me about $1,000 more than what the exchange sites say. I called and got a surly man on the phone who said it was basically my problem. Don't use Chase, they are a rip off.
