A negative stars for me , these people are shady , they don't do things the proper real estate way . I can't believe that they are in business! Thank god for google (enabling you to research past lawsuits) no thanks ! Too bad because I really liked the property I was looking at but I'm way smarter than to be taken by people who request a certified check before even entering attorney review! Bye rosemary! I hope people have enough sense to google and research first ! Thank god I did !!!
