I have been coming to this laundromat for a number of year's. As I sit here for the 10th time things have noticeably changed. I didn't want to say anything as I thought it was a one time thing. But this is ridiculous, now things that I have noticed includes the use of heat in the dryers and the amount of water in the washers. Drying time takes longer and it is more expensive by 5 cents.This is a complete rip.off. The washers barely have any water and it's almost like the clothes is just tumbling in the washer. The owner knows dryers are broken and still allows customers to blindly waste their money/time on it. This laundromat has significantly lost reliability for me. As you don't know what is working and what is not working. EDIT: I know everything is costly in New Jersey, but informing your customers of price changes should be vital. But still there is no excuse for broken dryers. I just watched a man literally pour water into the washers.

They stopped giving the five dollar bonus while other laundromats are still offering it Edit: okay. I understand that everything is getting more costly in NJ and throughout the country. But you also raised prices on the machines recently. You could have at least made the bonus $2.50 or even just $1 so there would still be a monetary incentive for people to keep patronizing your business.
