        This is my 2nd time coming to this branch and the customer service was terrible i have to drive to east orange just to get good service. First off the African American manager is rude. I was explaining to her a situation i just had got off the phone with Santander customer service and they told me to ask for a manager directly !!! So i did when i get into the branch she brushes me and pushes me to somebody else and they couldnt help me. She did this just to be on her phone loudly on TikTok. Why become a manager if you just arent going to help. I wouldnt recommend this bank at all.

        Worst place. Went to open an account. The manager didnt accept copy of my wifes us passport. Send us home. We came home and opened account. How ridiculous???
