Steve was great! After our house fire we were so stressed and overwhelmed with dealing with the insurance on top of all the items we would need to itemize and lists to give the insurance! Steve took care of all of it, he dealt with the cleaning crew, insurance and made sure we got what we deserved!! I cant thank him enough for relieving a huge weight off our shoulders and helping our family during such a stressful time!!!!

Steve worked so hard on my Uncle's claim which was originally denied. But with unwaivering dedication to holding the insurance company accountable we ultimately received a resolution. 10 Stars!!!

Steve was an absolute pleasure with which to work. He took over the claim and let me focus on other things (life, work, fun -- everything other than dealing with the insurance claim process) while providing consistent, periodic updates as to the status of the matter. Ultimately, due in no small part to Steve's expertise and relentless persistence, our home owner's insurance ended up providing the coverage that we expected. I would highly recommend Steve to family and friends.
