My car was just cleaned a few days before, hand cleaned, but got pollen all over it while parked at local business, so decided to go through the touch-less wash. Horrible! Keep in mind, my car was just cleaned two days prior, besides pollen, it was clean. The touch-less wash made it worse. Didn't get all the pollen off and the dryer, even sat there through the entire 30 second dry time, left the sides and rear full of water. And the water spots, don't get me started. We have a brand new BMW, so our paint is not aged, weathered, or abused, but this so called spot free rinse did nothing but spot. My glass was filled with water spots, and the paint, black, covered in dried white water marks. Had to polish spots out. Horrible.
Don't claim spot free if all the customer gets is spots!
Jokes on us for believing we just really needed a quick rinse since the car was recently cleaned and instead we got a dirtier car. Just wow!
Would not recommend.
