        Horrible, rude snooty stuck up privileged girl working the front desk!!! do not bring your vehicle here or you will have to deal with her and her attitude!!! I brought my car in to have a small brake line leak looked at and thats when I encountered the Heifer that out of nowhere Snapped at me I am not going to tell you again Bish Please!!! Zero STAR !!!!!!

        RED ALERT!!! RUN!! DON'T WALK!! THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE EVER!! THEY ARE RIPPING OFF HARD WORKING AMERICANS!!! I REPORTED THEM TO BBB & SO SHOULD YOU!! IT WAS SO BAD I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE!! I WENT IN FOR A TRAMISSION PROBLEM BUT WAS TOLD I NEEDED MOTOR MOUNTS! I PAID THE ALMOST $800 && HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WHEN I PULLED OFF!! I WENT RIGHT BACK!! I WAS CUSSED OUT BY THE MECHANIC! NIKKI OFFICE MANAGER RAN OFF SOMEWHERE!! THE OWNER WAS LITTLE TO NO HELP!! AFTER 5 DAYS& CALLING MY CREDIT CARD I GOT MY MONEY BACK!! They don't use certified mechanics!! The mechanics CUSSED me out && threatened me!!!! It was an awful experience for anyone to go through!! They will reply to this post of course && hide it like the others!! But I beg you to do your RESEARCH!!! RUN!!!!!

      You were simply asked to stop walking into the garage, the wet conditions, made it unsafe. You were told once the technician found the cause of failure, you would be escorted into the garage and explained the problem. After reviewing the cameras, the young lady was correct to ask you to politely leave the premises, we have the right to refuse to service anyone who refuses to abide by the State Fire Marshall's rules and procedures. In addition, your intentions need to be questioned after posting the same complaint 3 times under a different name.

The video clearly shows you aggressively entering several restricted areas on your own free will. When presented with the facts the Better Business Bureau marked the file closed.
