Jennifer and Arlenis were most helpful (and patient) after my previous car was totaled. It took me 3 months to choose a new car, and they, in turn, took the time needed to explain the options to maintain the maximum discounts possible on our policy. Jennifer B. went ABOVE AND BEYOND after we had an issue. We had filed a claim directly with the Corporate Office and within hours Jennifer called me to make sure everything and everyone was ok. She followed up again once the claim was closed to make sure that again, we had everything we needed. She answered questions and was truly the definition of hometown care & customer service!
