Horrible experience, came out for a quote, was supposed to email it to me, never received email, was supposed to clean on a friday, i called because Dan never called to tell us when he was coming, apologized and said he had an emergency cleaning, then that day said he would come out Monday he wanted to double check the material of the rugs, i called at 2:30 asking when he would arrive and he started saying again he had to rescedule and he was getting to busy to take this job on? I hung up on him, no way to handle business. That was a week of bullshit from the company when i called the next guy for a quote he said this is my charge, this is what i do, i can be out tomorrow, perfect! Will never recommend servicemaster!
